• 2+ years pizza-making or culinary experience
• Familiarity with wood-fired or gas deck ovens
• Passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Valid food handler's certificate (or willing to obtain)

Keep the kitchen running at top speed. As a Prep Cook, you'll handle ingredient prep, portion control, dough preparation, sauce production, and station setup so our chefs can focus on creating outstanding pizzas every service.

• Experience in a kitchen or food service role
• Knife skills and basic culinary knowledge
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods

Lead your shift with confidence. As Shift Supervisor you'll oversee front and back-of-house operations, coach team members, handle customer situations with grace, and keep service flowing smoothly during peak hours. This role is ideal for someone ready to take the next step in restaurant leadership.

• 2+ years restaurant experience including supervisory role
• Strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to manage cash, POS systems, and end-of-shift reports
• ServSafe Manager Certification (or willing to obtain)
• Calm under pressure with excellent multitasking ability
